1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tesla Trade Inc, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction. All investment activities require identity verification (KYC).
3. Investment Risk Disclosure
All investment products carry risk, including possible loss of principal. Historical performance does not guarantee future results. Advertised yield ranges are targets, not guarantees.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are credited upon confirmation of the underlying network transaction and compliance review. Withdrawals require KYC approval and are processed within 24 hours of admin sign-off.
6. Prohibited Activities
Fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, and market manipulation are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or upon regulatory request.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tesla Trade Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tesla Trade Inc is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws.
